My client (an AI company) are looking for a Technical Account Manager. Your main role will be to act as a lead enterprise architect on customer solution deployments, this includes being a customer facing technical liaison. You will also be an expert on your platform as well as understanding machine learning, natural language understanding and a variety of communication technologies over Voice Messaging and Web.

Responsabilites:

• Lead the solution development integrating the clients product
• Optimizing and implemtenting pre sales designs
• Oversee the technical requirements are considered
• Partner with client Enterprise Architects to create relationships

What they are looking for:

• 8-10 years' experience in designing and implementing software solutions an enterprise customer level
• Experience with programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C+,etc)
• Experience with telecommunications (VOIP, WebRTC, etc)
• Server administration experience with (Window, Linux, etc),
• Cloud Computing experience (MS, AWS, Google)
• Participating in the design and discovery process of solution - through progressive prototyping
• Experience working with telephony platforms (CISCO, Avaya, Asterisk, Freeswitch, CODECS)
• Additional experience working with communication platforms (Teams, Slack, Zoom, Skype)
• Furthermore, a background in software development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
