My client (an AI company) are looking for a Technical Account Manager. Your main role will be to act as a lead enterprise architect on customer solution deployments, this includes being a customer facing technical liaison. You will also be an expert on your platform as well as understanding machine learning, natural language understanding and a variety of communication technologies over Voice Messaging and Web.
Responsabilites:
- Lead the solution development integrating the clients product
- Optimizing and implemtenting pre sales designs
- Oversee the technical requirements are considered
- Partner with client Enterprise Architects to create relationships
What they are looking for:
- 8-10 years' experience in designing and implementing software solutions an enterprise customer level
- Experience with programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C+,etc)
- Experience with telecommunications (VOIP, WebRTC, etc)
- Server administration experience with (Window, Linux, etc),
- Cloud Computing experience (MS, AWS, Google)
- Participating in the design and discovery process of solution - through progressive prototyping
- Experience working with telephony platforms (CISCO, Avaya, Asterisk, Freeswitch, CODECS)
- Additional experience working with communication platforms (Teams, Slack, Zoom, Skype)
- Furthermore, a background in software development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
