System Engineer – Field Services

We are currently in partnership with one of the largest IT consulting firms in Switzerland.

They pride themselves on promoting their customers business with tailor-made IT solutions that take into account all possible and impossible needs.

They are currently on the look out for a System Engineer to join their already successful Infrastructure team.

Smooth processes and high customer satisfaction are the goals of our support organization. In cooperation with the team, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers receive excellent service on site and that all support requests are resolved in a timely manner. With your broad and well-founded know-how, you also support the 3rd level organization in projects on site at the customer. In addition to enjoying personal customer contact, your strengths include communication in German and English. You accept challenges from customers with motivation and help in finding solutions at the front line in a targeted manner. You are looking for a change and appreciate being on the road with our customers most of the time.

What you need:

• Experience with Microsoft server and client applications
• min. 3 years of professional experience in the IT environment
• All-rounder with broad knowledge of system technology
• Good language skills in German and English (French an advantage)
• Category B driving license
