Your next challenge?
As Senior ML Engineer, you will be part of the AI team, working in close collaboration with the Data and Product teams. The scope of work is with both customer and internal projects:
* Design, develop, test and deploy AI/ML/RL models
* Solve complex business problems and challenges with traditional methods and state-of-the art techniques
* Construct, analyze and interpret models to diagnose decision / optimization issues and to identify trade-offs among objectives when formulating solutions
* Turn business requirements into effective models to bring into production for the largest players in the industry
* Collaborate with stakeholders such as Data Scientists, DevOps engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to optimize the delivery of ML products
* Become a critical asset and member of the organization's core team.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates with experience and interest in data and machine learning engineering, who have:
* A lot of experience with simulating and modeling
different optimization problems and objectives (Linear/Nonlinear, Integer/Mixed-Integer, Heurisicts, Multibojective, Constrained, Combinatorial, etc.)
* Proficiency with writing performance and stable code in Python
* Proficiency with MLOps principles and processes
* Experience in developing CI/CD/CT pipelines for ML models
* Experience with cloud platforms such as Snowflake and Azure.
* Master's or bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related technical disciplines. Or a proven experience.
* Fluency in English
Bonus points for:
* Proficiency with Python, Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, SciKitLearn and other ML libraries
* Experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
* Proficiency with source control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, etc.
