Position Summary:

The SAP Support Consultant QM is responsible for resolving user tickets related to SAP systems, collaborating with teams and third parties to find solutions and ensuring operational/service level agreements are met. They also collaborate to build and deliver minor enhancements.

I'm looking for someone:

• To provide technical and functional expertise in a specific process area.
• To own support tickets and collaborate with other teams to resolve them.
• To understand and follow the company's IT processes, updating tickets accurately, and documenting resolutions.
• To test solutions, following security standards, and identify opportunities for business process improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SAP experience, including expertise in SAP S4 HANA Quality Management and SAP GBT.
• The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Agile methodologies, full-lifecycle SAP implementations, and strong analytical and communication skills.
• The role also involves occasional travel and working outside of normal hours.
