We are now establishing a new Taskforce Team, responsible for developing and launching groundbreaking, high-impact services from scratch.

This team works closely with our C-Level Management and the Chief Technology Officer. As a PHP Software Developer (m/f/d), your role will involve working on system and software architecture, creating new products and features, and taking charge of introducing brand-new services.

Our CEO Taskforce Team aims to create multiple new services in the coming years. Once a service is successfully launched and scaled within our platform, you will have two options: either continue working on that service and take it to the next level, or embrace the challenge of creating the next service from scratch.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional software development experience
• Proficient in object-oriented software development using PHP and MySQL
• Some experience (or strong motivation to learn) in frontend software development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Linux Debian production environments
• Strong commitment to best-in-class development practices, clean code, and quality assurance
• Ability to work independently, find solutions, and prioritize tasks
• Skilled problem solver who welcomes and provides feedback
• Motivational team player who inspires others to excel
• Strong written and spoken English skills (C1) and ideally basic German communication skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop new products and features using a greenfield approach
• Take ownership of the products and features you create and collaborate closely with product management
• Conceptualize the technical architecture encompassing frontend, backend, database, caches, etc., and actively engage in technical discussions with stakeholders
• Build well-structured, reusable, and documented code, design automated release processes (continuous integration), and test features (unit testing) to ensure product robustness and high quality
