Title: Energy Engineer - HVAC Specialist

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Energy Engineer to join their team in Zurich, Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for energy management projects, including energy audits, feasibility studies, and energy efficiency assessments.

As an Energy Engineer, you will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for energy savings and develop customized solutions to optimize their energy usage. You will also be responsible for analysing energy consumption data and conducting site inspections to assess energy performance and identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, as well as experience in energy management, renewable energy systems, HVAC design, and energy efficiency technologies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also essential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct energy audits and feasibility studies to identify energy saving opportunities.
• Develop customized solutions to optimize energy usage for clients.
• Analyse energy consumption data and conduct site inspections to assess energy performance.
• Provide technical support and expertise for energy management projects.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement energy efficiency measures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to energy management and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience in energy management, renewable energy systems, and energy efficiency technologies.
• Experience in HVAC design.
• Strong knowledge of SIA standards
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
