Cryogenic Service Manager

I am currently working a client that been in business for over 60 years, specializing within Gas Solutions, Equipment Rental and Repair, Welding and Cutting, Medical and Industrial Gases, Welding Supplies, Safety Supplies, and PPE.

Based in Syracuse, NY.

Requirements:

- Cryogenic experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.

- A preferred qualification is 4-6 years of leadership and supervisory experience in a gas and/or chemical industry environment, but it is not required.

- The ability to collaborate effectively with management and employees at all levels, align decisions with corporate objectives, independently follow through on tasks and projects, and take pride in delivering high-quality work is essential.

- Build a team of motivated and talented technicians who are eager to learn and advance their careers.

- The candidate must possess mechanical aptitude and the ability to comprehend control systems and drawings, mechanical equipment, and their operation.

- Experience with Microsoft programs or database software for reporting is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

- Encourage a culture that values safety, communication, compliance, and efficiency.

- Manage equipment and staffing requirements for all bulk equipment installations and maintenance.

- Oversee departmental equipment, supplies, and other assets.

- Ensure that all technicians receive ongoing training.

- The ability to lead huddles and meetings in an efficient and effective manner, promoting teamwork and motivating others positively, is required.
