Cloud Network Engineer

As a Network and Communication Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the secure and highly available communication of our national and international locations.

We are looking for a highly motivated Network and Communication Engineer to continuously develop our global and modern communication network with a focus on implementing our Cloud First strategy. As a member of our team, you will take on (partial) projects related to the further development of our international hybrid network, including the standardization/modernization of existing infrastructure components and the introduction of new technologies.

You will also act as a contact person for colleagues from departments regarding network and communication interfaces and work closely with the areas of security and infrastructure services within the platform. To be successful in this role, you should have broad practical experience with network solutions WAN, LAN, WLAN, as well as site networking using IPSEC and MPLS. You should also be familiar with network-related trades such as DNS, DHCP, AD, proxy, IPS, DNS security, and monitoring. Additionally, you should have first relevant experience in the areas of SD WAN and cloud networking (focus on MS Azure) and have successfully managed projects in the IT environment.
