For our client, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will be responsible for capturing business needs and translating them into project initiatives, identify opportunities to optimize demand management processes and define strategies to ensure and monitor benefit realization.
Expectations for this position are:
- 5+ years working experience as a business analyst or project manager
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with capturing and analyzing requirements in an Agile environment
- Working experience with Atlassian (Confluence, Jira)
- The confidence to speak up when something can be done better
