General Conditions:

  • Start date: ASAP, 80% pensum
  • Contract type: contract
  • Duration: 4 months, extension possible
  • Location/Industry: Zurich/ Insurance

As key player of the project, your main responsibilities are from planning, developing to executing the change management strategy to ensure a successful rollout of the tool upgrade while involving all stakeholders from the beginnging.

Your mission

  • Plan: Creating change management strategy plan, including detailed action plan
  • Stakeholder: Identifying and managing key stakeholders (key users of the tool, management, compliance dept.)
  • Communications: Developing and forstering communications to all stakeholders based on the change management plan
  • Training: Establishing and providing training program for all tool users (including training material for the project team)
  • Tracking: Defining and measuring success metrics (e.g.: ADKAR Model), tracking project status and report any issues
  • Test: Supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and overseeing execution
  • Support other adjacent project activities if needed and within capacity

Your profile

  • Several years of experiences in IT Change management incl. Roll-out within global enterprises
  • Seasoned expereince in change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Strong communication skills: articulate messages clearly and communicate effectively on all levels
  • Independent and work under ambiguous situations and incorporate feedback
  • Organization talent with sense of priority and eye on details
  • Change management certification desired; Compliance knowhow is an advantage
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
