Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise all operational aspects of solar energy facilities, in addition to performing other necessary tasks to ensure their optimal functioning.
• Engage in performance monitoring using Monitoring Interface, Network Operator Interface, and Remote Power Plant Control (SCADA).
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and manage the activation/deactivation of DC modules, inverters, or the entire solar power system following established protocols.
• Develop plans and execute the cleaning of photovoltaic modules.
• Compile service reports while addressing both preventive and corrective actions.
• Conduct site visits to the power plant for assigned tasks.
• Generate comprehensive monthly/annual reports within the Operations & Maintenance domain.

Qualifications:

• Possess a higher education degree (preferably in electrical engineering).
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience within Operations & Maintenance of solar energy facilities (SEFs).
• Exhibit proficiency in spoken and written English (B2/C1 level).
• Display adeptness in comprehending technical diagrams, general layouts, and blueprints related to solar projects.
• Showcase familiarity with operational and maintenance procedures concerning photovoltaic panels, encompassing direct current (DC) systems, medium voltage alternating current (AC) systems, and grid communications.
• Hold knowledge about various SCADA systems.
• Have practical experience in handling medium voltage (MV) switchgear.
• Be capable of operating testing tools and equipment like thermal drones, IV curve tests, and insulation meters (Megger).
• Apply analytical and diagnostic skills to troubleshoot problems.
• Possess understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA regulations, and related directives.
• Be acquainted with Microsoft Office applications.
