Roles & Responsibilities:
* Conduct valve design work utilizing EES software.
* Perform technical tasks related to fluid systems, including fuel, hydraulics, and environmental control systems (ECS).
* Provide support for fluid system analysis.
* Contribute to architecture development.
* Ensure system integration and manage suppliers of fluid components.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in using EES software.
* Desired experience in architecture design/analysis of fluid subsystems (hydraulics, fuel, ECS) and supplier technical management.
* System architect experience, including expertise in finalizing and documenting Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and supporting controls definition.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
* Previous experience in designing, developing, and integrating fluid systems (fuel, hydraulics, ECS) and/or subsystems.
* Experience in fluid system and/or subsystem analysis, including component analysis, architecture design, and controls definition.
* Supplier management experience, specifically in relation to fluid components.
* Knowledge and experience in fluid analysis and modeling using tools such as Amesim, Flomaster, or EZ5 (a plus).
* U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
Salary: 75,000 - 95,000 Depending on experince
Location: Rockford, IL (On-site)
