Team Lead IAM Operations (f/m/d)
- Full-time position based in Olten, with the flexibility of remote work.
Your Challenge As the Team Lead for their IAM Operations Center, you will spearhead the testing and support functions, overseeing the team's coordination and development. Your responsibilities will include setting up and deploying IAM systems, proactive monitoring of customers' productive IAM environments, and ensuring compliance with customer quality requirements. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in interface management, fostering collaboration between development and consulting.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business information systems, or a related field. Alternatively, completed training as a computer scientist EFZ or equivalent.
- Over 5 years of relevant professional experience, with an ideal background in team leadership.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with other teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess an analytical, structured, efficient, and independent work style with a focus on results.
- Proficient in both German and English.
