Sr. Mechanical Engineer (Cryogenics)

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be a member of the Product Introduction team. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead the team in the design, analysis, testing, and validation of Refrigerators, Compressors and Pumps through full Product Life Cycle, from concept through initial sale as well as service. This will involve developing and implementing innovative solutions, leading the product development process, and working on a cross-functional team to deliver projects on-time.

Location: Haverhill, MA.

Expectations:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with minimum of 5+ years of industrial experience or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, a minimum of 3+ years of industrial experience
• Proficiency in guiding Design Development initiatives within the realm of Industrial Products in collaboration with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
• Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), CAD modeling, material selection, and various manufacturing processes.
• Extensive expertise in conceptual designs, prototyping, and functional testing of industrial products such as pumps, refrigerators, or compressors.
• Proficiency in creating and implementing Design Verification Test Methodologies at both component and system levels, as well as conducting Statistical Data Analysis for these tests.
• Effective communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse audiences, including the Cross-Functional Leadership Team.
• A proven history of successfully driving work assignments to completion with precision and punctuality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team
