Job Title: HSE Manager (Health, Safety, and Environment Manager)

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental initiatives. The HSE Manager will develop and implement policies, lead training programs, conduct audits, and drive a culture of safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HSE strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Create and update HSE policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Identify risks, assess hazards, and implement preventive measures.
• Design and conduct HSE training programs for staff and contractors.
• Lead incident investigations and develop corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Analyze data to track HSE performance and report key indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement of HSE programs and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
• X+ years of experience in HSE management.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in incident investigation and corrective actions.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Relevant certifications (CSP, CIH, NEBOSH) are a plus.
