HRBP

HRBP (Junior)

We are looking for an HR Business Partner (Junior preferred) to join our client team in Zurich. Applicants should have first relevant project experience and be interested to grow as HR Generalist or HR Specialist/ Sr HRBP.

Conditions

- Contract type- Permanent position

- Start date- ASAP or by agreement

- Location- Zurich and Glarus

- Salary- 105-115 K per annum negotiable

Main Responsibilities

- Acts as a recruiter and supports the HR portfolio team in various recruiting tasks (various HR positions)

- Central contact person for all employees and managers with their HR concerns

- Responsible for all HR administration - from hiring to termination

- Maintains HR documentation within the company

Required experience

- Completed studies or further education in the field of HR

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience

- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and the Swiss social security system

- SAP HCM and Workday knowledge is a plus

- Fluent German (written and spoken)

- Conversational English (written and spoken)
