Position Overview:

As an Energy Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing energy-efficient solutions for a variety of industrial, commercial, and municipal clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects that contribute to our mission of conserving resources and reducing carbon footprint.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct energy audits, feasibility studies, and energy assessments to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.
• Design and develop innovative energy management strategies, systems, and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution from concept to implementation.
• Perform detailed analysis of energy data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimizing energy consumption.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, equipment, and processes that enhance energy performance and sustainability.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, proposals, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in energy efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in energy engineering, energy management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in energy modeling software, data analysis tools, and simulation techniques.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, renewable energy technologies, and energy-efficient design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt solutions to different contexts.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with relevant energy codes, standards, and regulations.
