Scope
This global manuactuer are currently a HR transformation and for this reason they look to bring in an experienced Document Management Specialist with experience in HR enviroments (ideally).
Key focus
- Data collection
- Creation of templates
- BA
- Document Management
- Requirements gathering
- Business Analysis
- Process definition
- Contribute to testing and system training planning
Preferred skills and knowledge
- Previous experience working on HR transformation programs
- strong experience as a DMS, ideally with Aconso or Adobe, Docusign, etc.
- Experience in either HR or legal projects
