Job Description:

As a Microsoft Power Automate Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and the Power Platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their automation needs and design Power Automate solutions to meet those requirements.

2. Development: Build, test, and deploy Power Automate flows, integrating with various data sources and systems, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

3. Power Platform Expertise: Leverage the full suite of Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power BI, to create comprehensive automation solutions.

4. Project Leadership: Lead the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT teams to align automation projects with business goals and objectives.

6. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in existing Power Automate flows and provide ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation of automated processes.

7. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation solutions, processes, and user instructions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate and the Power Platform.
• Proven ability to lead the full lifecycle of automation projects.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions.
• Familiarity with data integration and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Platform Developer) are a plus.
