Operations Engineer (Electrical Engineering Automation)
Client Location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
Remote Work Offering: Fully onsite.
Client Industry: Manufacturing.
Contract Length: ANU Contract (18 months -> Permanent position).
Project Focus:
Working in the Technics & Maintenance department, concentrating on providing support, development, and optimization for technical equipment. This includes electrical, measurement, and control technology (EMR), as well as automation systems within production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to plant safety, occupational safety, environmental protection, and energy efficiency regulations and guidelines, both legal and internal, within EMR facilities.
- Oversee the support and maintenance of systems such as PLS, PLC, and SSPS (ABB 800xA and Siemens PCS7).
- Collaboratively manage repair and investment budgets.
- Conduct analyses of weak points and identify areas for improvement in the continuous development of production systems.
- contribute to the development of security concepts and assist in official approval applications.
- Prepare cost estimates and investment applications for EMR projects.
- Support larger projects or lead smaller, business-related projects, ensuring adherence to planning and implementation phases in terms of costs, deadlines, quality, and technical execution.
- Lead a team of EMR technicians.
Your Profile:
- Possess familiarity with applicable standards, laws, and guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Have hands-on experience with commonly used IT tools such as MS Office and SAP.
- high motivation, quick comprehension, and a solution-oriented approach
