Medior Portfolio Management Officer
For a client of mine, I am actively looking for a PMO to join their team in Amsterdam. They are looking for someone to join a team committed to reshaping digital processes, enhancing products, and managing programs and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, providing essential support for effective project governance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate insightful reports and analyses, aiding in decision-making processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of project delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information flow.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement within the PMO framework.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with Program and Project Managers, providing support and contributing to the overall success of projects.
Qualification:
- Dutch and English Fluency
- Proven experience within a PMO, showcasing your ability to coordinate and support projects effectively.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate meaningful insights from project data.
