Solid experience in Configuring and Supporting Solution Manager 7.0 and 7.1. and 7.2
Processes Modelling
Business Process Change Analysis
Business Process Monitoring
Change Request Management (ChaRM)
Performance Optimisation of Systems connected to Solman System
Any experience with Service now would be a plus
The client is based in Germany - this can be completely remote
