Overview:

As a Consultant, you will have the unique opportunity to drive innovation, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to the development of groundbreaking battery technology. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on the development, optimization, and implementation of high-energy silicon anodes for Li-ion batteries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research and development efforts, focusing on enhancing energy density, fast charging capabilities, and safety of silicon anode-based battery systems.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of battery performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in the battery and energy storage sector.
• Participate in technical discussions, present findings, and contribute to project planning and decision-making processes.
• Cultivate relationships with external partners, research institutions, and industry collaborators to foster knowledge exchange and advancement in the field.

Qualifications:

• Strong track record of technical leadership, including published research, patents, and contributions to industry advancements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate research findings into practical applications.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
