Product Owner – German Speaking

As a key player in the marketplace team operating across Germany, your expertise will drive product success and user satisfaction.

Role Overview:

As a Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of product development, responsible for understanding market needs, defining product vision, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional user experiences. Your technical background and profound understanding of user-centric product design will be crucial in shaping their offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and designers to define product features and enhancements.
• Prioritize and manage product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Champion user experience principles, conducting user research and feedback analysis to drive product improvements.
• Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring clear understanding and execution of product objectives.
• Actively participate in Agile methodologies, leading sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (C1 minimum) and English, enabling seamless communication within diverse teams.
• Technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes.
• Proven track record as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong grasp of user experience principles and methodologies.
• Willingness to work onsite 2 or 3 days per week in Cologne, Gutersloh, or Hamburg.
