Role Overview: As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of Solar PV projects within Poland. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing subcontractors, and maintaining project schedules. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient and timely completion of solar PV installations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all on-site activities, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
• Oversee construction activities, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets specifications.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and suppliers, to resolve any project-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site records, and safety records.
• Monitor project budgets and costs, providing input on cost-saving initiatives and optimizing resource allocation.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the site team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in Solar PV projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV installations, construction methods, and industry best practices.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English is required
