Are you ready to dive into the world of data and transform it into actionable insights? My client has an incredible opportunity for a talented and ambitious Data Consultant to join their team in Zug. As a key player in the organization, you'll work closely with their clients, using your expertise to unlock the hidden potential of customer data and drive tangible results in marketing and sales.

What you'll do:

  • Be the go-to expert, advising and supporting clients to unleash the full potential of their customer data, delivering measurable benefits in the marketing and sales arena.
  • Utilize cutting-edge analytical techniques such as clustering, predictive modeling, data visualization, and dashboards to convey valuable insights to clients.
  • Dive deep into clients' needs and challenges, critically analyzing them and transforming them into actionable solution proposals and recommendations.
  • Take ownership of customer projects, managing stakeholders effectively to ensure successful project outcomes that leave our clients delighted.
  • Independently define and plan projects, collaborating seamlessly within our team to execute them flawlessly.

What they are looking for:

  • A strong analytical or scientific background with a degree from a university or technical college.
  • Experience as a service provider, either internally or externally, where you've successfully delivered solutions to clients.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented, and highly communicative personality that thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Solid professional and project experience in the realm of data science and/or consulting.
  • A genuine passion for customer intelligence, customer data, and marketing automation.
  • Fluent German and excellent English skills to effectively engage with their diverse clientele.
  • Hands-on experience using the latest data science and business intelligence tools and methodologies.

Bonus Points for:

  • Proficiency in popular machine learning and analytics tools like Python, R, or Scala.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Snowflake.
  • User knowledge of business intelligence tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases.
