Experienced ASIC Verification Engineer
My client creates ultra-low latency products to support their trading in global markets. Their ideal candidate is not only an ace tester, but a practicing toolsmith. You know the EDA landscape and want to be part of a team actively working to rethink, redesign, and surpass the status quo.
They're are looking for an Experienced ASIC Verification Engineer who is skilled at writing testbenches and building verification environments to exercise complex hardware. ASIC verification is a small part of a growing team that is integral to the success of their trading.
Responsibilities
- Create unit, subsystem, and full-chip testbenches and tests
- Define and develop verification environments for ASICs
- Write detailed verification plans
- Quickly root-cause RTL bugs
- Apply Universal Verification Methodology (UVM) at various levels of the design hierarchy (block, system, etc.)
- Collaborate directly with designers for rapid bringup of new projects and debugging of existing designs
- Manage regression and continuous integration infrastructure
- Develop and improve open-source and internal tools
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Strong background in RTL functional verification (4+ Years)
- Great Debugging and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of digital design concepts
- Experience with code and functional coverage collection/analysis
- Experience with formal verification techniques, including model and equivalence checking
- Comfortable in a Linux environment
- Experience with Python
- Experience with networking protocols
- C++ experience
